1. Who we are
This website, ftriplet.com (the “Site”), is operated by Ftriplet LLC (“FtripleT”, “we”, “us”), a technology company registered in the State of Georgia, United States, at Riverglen Circle, Suwanee, GA 30024. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the Site only. Our products, including AJALA at ajalatrvl.com, collect and use information in their own ways and have their own privacy policies.
2. What we collect
The Site is a marketing site. It has no user accounts, no payments and no advertising, so we collect very little:
Information you give us
- Contact form. The form on our Contact page opens a message in your own email client addressed to us. Nothing you type is stored by the Site. We receive your name, your email address, the subject you chose and your message when you send that email.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include, together with your email address.
- Product updates. If you subscribe to product updates in the footer, we use your email address to send you occasional news about what we release. Nothing else.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics tells us which pages are viewed, for how long, from roughly where, on what kind of device and browser, and how visitors arrived at the Site. It uses a random identifier, not your name. Full IP addresses are not stored. See our Cookie policy for details and for how to switch this off.
- Server logs. Like every website, the servers that host the Site record basic technical information about each request, such as the IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser type. We use this only to keep the Site secure and working.
- Your preferences. Your light or dark theme and your cookie choice are stored in your browser only and never sent to us.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and to provide the information or help you asked for.
- To send product updates, if you subscribed. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To understand how the Site is used, so that we can improve it.
- To keep the Site secure, to detect abuse and to comply with the law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage items. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. Our Cookie policy lists every cookie, what it does and how long it lasts, and lets you change your choice.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the Site, and only for the purposes above:
- Google LLC provides Google Analytics and processes analytics data on our behalf. Google also provides the fonts used on the Site, but these are served from our own servers, so no request is made to Google when you load a page.
- Our hosting provider stores and serves the Site and keeps server logs.
- An email service provider, if and when we use one to send product updates, stores subscriber email addresses for us.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety or those of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
6. Where it is processed
We are based in the United States and process information there. Our providers, including Google, may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. Wherever it is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.
7. How long we keep it
- Emails and enquiries: for as long as needed to deal with them, and then for a reasonable period in case you contact us again.
- Product-update subscriptions: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your address.
- Analytics: Google keeps event-level data for up to 14 months. Aggregated reports, which do not identify anyone, may be kept for longer.
- Server logs: typically no more than 90 days.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose, including stop sending you product updates;
- withdraw a consent you gave us earlier, such as consent to analytics cookies.
To do any of these, email operations@ftriplet.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We keep the information we hold to a minimum, restrict access to the people who need it, and choose providers with appropriate security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Our products
AJALA and any other product we release are separate services. When you use them you are covered by their own terms and privacy policies, available within each product and at ajalatrvl.com. Links from the Site to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on the Site.
